Refund Policy

Tab Pro is sold as a digital software license. This policy describes when a refund may be approved and how customers can request one.

Refund window

Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Eligible cases

  • The product cannot be activated or used as described after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • A duplicate charge was made for the same customer order.
  • The order was placed by mistake and the license has not been materially used.

Non-eligible cases

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • License abuse, resale, sharing, or fraudulent payment behavior.
  • Compatibility limitations that were already disclosed on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email support@tabpro.top with your purchase email, payment reference, and a brief explanation of the issue. Refund reviews are typically handled within 3 business days.

Payment processor timing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment processor. Final posting time depends on the processor and the customer's bank or card issuer.
